Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request cancellation of booked consulting or development services by notifying us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order or before project work officially commences.
2. Refund Eligibility & Timelines
If service deliverables deviate fundamentally from agreed specifications, or if cancellation is requested prior to kick-off, a refund will be evaluated. Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the customer's original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Deliverables
Consulting sessions already conducted, custom software modules delivered and approved, and cloud resources provisioned on client behalf are non-refundable.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By contracting engineering services or purchasing packages on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service provided by Ramesh Ayyala.
2. Scope of Services & Payments
All quotes and service prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are collected securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Service deliverables commence upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon settlement of all invoice amounts, full intellectual property and source code ownership for custom deliverables are transferred to the client, unless third-party open-source components apply.
4. Governing Law
These terms and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
